Getting tender spare ribs with Pressure Cooker: Recipe

Getting tender Spare Ribs when using a Pressure Cooker is fairly easy and elevates the end results a lot
Directions
Cut the meat

Cut the meat into sizes that will fitt in your pressure cooker, I normally have pieces with 3-4 bones each
Add water

Put the ribs in the pressure cooker and fill water so it just covers it
Cook for 1 hour

Select the meat / stew option and set the timer to 1 hour
Put on foil

Now you want to prepare one piece of foil for each piece of ribs you have, foil needs to be big enough to wrap the entire piece
Add marinade

Now add marinade, such as BBQ, to the meat pieces and close the foil
For best result, leave the meat with the marinade in the fridge for 1-2 hours
Put in oven

Put in the middle of the oven, for 20 minutes at 180°C. You can safely cook for a bit longer, if you want extra tender
Serve and enjoy

Spare ribs goes well with cooked potato and carrots
